31 Days of Artbooking...Day 4

I hope you enjoyed the last two days of videos and stunning artwork from Jeanette's blog. Today I wanted to share a card that I personally made and it again features the Artbooking Cartridge, Sarita paper pack and Sarita Assortment.

Honeycomb is on-trend right now and you can see the pattern in so many things these days. Why not use the pattern in your artwork too and on page 66-67 you can either cut an overlay with the pattern, or just cut out single hexagon shapes to fill in your honeycombs.

On this card I actually used the Honeycomb Dimensional Elements and the Hexagon key on page 66 to cut individual shapes to place behind the open spots. I cut various pattern from the Sarita Paper and stamped with a background stamp set called Geometric Backgrounds {which is one of my all-time favorite stamp sets}.

Be sure to check back tomorrow for another 31 Days of Artbooking post! If you want to order the Artbooking Collection you can either email me at beckielehman@yaho0.com or go to my website and order it here.
